Supernatural (Tuesday nights, 9pm, CW)
By Paula R. Stiles

The season is over, so no new episodes until October 7 (Yes, the dreaded Hellatus is upon us). And no repeats for a while, either.

Both Jared Padalecki and Jensen Ackles have now joined Instagram.

Location scouting has now begun for episode 11.04 (“Baby”), which is rather odd, since this episode is reputed to all take place inside the car. Also, it will be directed by Thomas J. Wright.

Another upcoming episode will be written by Andrew Dabb and directed by Phil Sgriccia. Can’t see the title, but it appears to be fairly long.

Two new tie-in novels for next year have entries up on Amazon. The first is Cold Fire by John Passarella and will be out on February 23, 2016. The other is Mythmaker by Tim Waggoner and won’t be out until March 29, 2016.

We’ll be back next week with more news, spoilers and blatantly unabashed self-promotion. Stay tuned and check out our reviews of Game of Thrones, Doctor Who, Torchwood, The Event, Once Upon a Time, Grimm and Supernatural.
