Innsmouth, MA – Dale Liam McCarthy, buried with honours last week, is the fourth of the serving McCarthy clan to have died under suspicious circumstances. While Medical Examiner John Bellicose ruled McCarthy’s death an accident, evidence points to the contrary.

Innsmouth, MA – Mystery continues to surround the death of Dale Liam McCarthy. A finding of ‘accidental death’ was issued by Dr. John Bellicose, ME, today. Initial reports indicated that McCarthy took his own life in the early hours of April 1, 2009, although this was neither confirmed nor denied by Innsmouth General Hospital spokesman, Adrian Lumley at the time.

Suspected Suicide at Innsmouth General Hospital

Innsmouth, MA – Dale Liam McCarthy, 47, was found dead from a suspected suicide at Innsmouth General Hospital in the early hours of April 1, 2009. Mr. McCarthy, who sustained a broken leg, ribs and wrist while on patrol at Gilman House last week, was due to be released from hospital tomorrow.
