Arkham, MA - Arkham County is in shock following the discovery of the beaten and mutilated body of Sgt. Joseph Capello last night and the subsequent disappearance of Albert Thomas Hendrickson.
Capello was escorting Hendrickson to an undisclosed location, following a backlash from the Arkham community after details of Mr Hendrickson’s previous residence was made public.

Innsmouth, MA – Over 7,000 people celebrated the Tcho Tcho New Year at the Innsmouth Fairgrounds last week. But, online, community members are expressing deep concern about numerous fights posted on the Internet, including one bizarre attack that left a youth critically injured.
Innsmouth Police report 12 arrests this year during the Tcho Tcho New Year Celebration. The four-day festival attracted hundreds each day.

In the January 1st edition of The Innsmouth Free Press (”New Year’s Miracle Reunites Reef Tragedy Families”, p. 4), it was erroneously reported that Sam Trotter, Jacob Wellesley, and his sons Jebediah and Jonathan attended the Out With The ‘Oughts celebration at the Siren on December 31.
In fact, Sam Trotter’s lobster boat was lost with all hands off Devil Reef on March 9, 2009. Sam, Jacob, Jebediah, and Jonathan were all presumed drowned and the Coast Guard officially abandoned search and rescue operations…

Innsmouth, MA - Yesterday morning, Alice Mae Compton, 32, who resides in an apartment on the tenth floor of The Carlyle, lost her left arm when she attempted to hold the apartment complex’s elevator door open for fellow tenant Jason Nevers. The door slammed shut, severed her limb and then slowly descended with her screaming inside for help. Upon reaching the lobby, she told the doorman her limb remained on the tenth floor and she then lost consciousness.

The Arkham Mosque has opened a collection on behalf of the graduate students of Arkham University’s Center for Marine Sciences, whose lab was wrecked by an unknown party or parties last week that destroyed aquariums, killed fish and coral, and wrecked Christmas decorations, including a nine-foot-tall Christmas tree.
